R.V. Spaces inside Mobile Home area: Rent is $310 per month.  North Pines furnishes garbage pick-up, lawn upkeep, water and sewer. Residents pay electricity based on pass thru of actual cost per meter reading. A storage building is allowed. A $150 deposit is required.

UTILITIES:
Water, sewer, electric and gas connections available on each site except gas in R.V. area. North Pines is located in Harris County, which does not require permits for utility connections. Residents are solely responsible for all utility connections and inspections.

AMENITIES:   
A laundry room is located in the back of the North Pines office.. The North Pines swimming pool is located behind the North Pines office and is open from the Memorial Day weekend in May through Labor Day in September. Covered and lighted mail boxes are located in front of the office.

PETS:
Residents are permitted one indoor pet not to exceed 20 pounds. If outside, the pet must be on a leash and all waste picked up.
