We offer a wonderful atmosphere for family life. We are a small, locally owned community of 188 spaces, set back from Fairbanks-N. Houston Rd. on 22 wooded acres with over 600 trees. A management office and maintenance staff are on the premises. We have separate areas for mobile homes and recreational vehicles.
